Return Policy:
We inspect all items before shipment. If an item should arrive damaged, please email or call immediately. We will replace any damaged merchandise or offer a store credit for a similar value. We do not offer cash refunds unless an item is out-of-stock--see below. Just return the damaged item in its original packaging within 14 days. Of course, we will reimburse the return shipping fee.
Out-Of-Stock:
Should you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email. If we are able to re-stock the item, we will give you a new ship date. Should the item not be available from our suppliers, we will offer you a substitution or a cash refund.
